WP Super Cache 1.5.9 Preview

A new version of WP Super Cache will be released in a few days time which means the development code is stable and ready to be tested!

Some of the changes include:
* A fix for the fatal error that occasionally showed if you were using the debug log.
* A fix for dynamic caching so it works again. You *must* enable dynamic caching on the advanced settings page now.
* Lots of cleanup of the code to make it more readable.
