WP Super Cache and HTML Cleanup problem

Hi,

WP Super Cache doesn`t work with HTML Cleanup (ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/html-cleanup/), i.e. nothing has been cleaned in cached files. 🙁

How this problem can be solved?

What function in WP Super Cache can be used to clean HTML code?
