Wp Super Cache Blocking Disqus Comment System

Hello!

I used to use W3Total Cache on my WordPress and the Disqus comments system. It worked good, no problems.

2 days ago, after reading a review which mentioned Wp Super Cache does better with high traffic sites, I decided to give it a try.

The page speed is great, I am very pleased with it and I’d like to keep it over W3TC.

However, since I installed WP Super Cache, the Disqus system doesn’t appear at all on the new posts I create. It’s like the caching plugin is blocking it.

What should I do to integrate the caching plugin with the Disqus comments? I need to choose dynamic cache and add Disqus to dynamic-cache-test.php ? And if yes, what code should I add there?
