WP Super Cache is disabled

    I’ve tried installing plugins like “WP Super Cache” but I receive this message:

    “WP Super Cache is disabled. Please go to the plugin admin page to enable caching.”

    When I clicked “plugin admin page” it takes me to an error page.

    Can anyone help?
