I have installed and activated WP Super Cache but it is not appearing in Settings? How do I correct it so I can use it and clear my cache?

    Thanks

    Fred

    Hi Fred.

The plugin doesn’t have any settings and that’s why it will not appear in settings.

Once you actívate it and have WP SUPER CACHE activated also, when logged in as an administrator you should see a new menú ítem in the topbar to clear cache. Please have a look at Screenshot of top menu where you can see the additional menú ítem that should appear.

    Best regards from Spain.

    Hi nanny7,

First you need to check if the WP SUPER CACHE is active and also this add-on plugin is active.

If WP SUPER CACHE is active you can empty the cache going to: SETTINGS / WP SUPER CACHE / CONTENTS and there should be a button to DELETE CACHE. If you can DELETE CACHE using this method, you should also be able to use our plugin to empty the cache without navigating to this page.

If you still have problems, please open a new support topic and we will try to help you as best as we can.

    Best regards from Spain.
