WP Super Cache on Development

    Can this plug-in affect a development machine in the sense that when I make changes to a template, upload and then an immediate refresh of the template will show the cached page instead of the changes?

    Also, is there any known issues with this plugin running in MultiSite (WPMU) 3.0.1 mode?
