• Could use some help with WP Super Cache. I have read the FAQs, troubleshooting, and several threads on this forum. I have implemented all of the steps, including making sure the right code is in my .htaccess files both in the Doc Root as well as in the Super Cache directory. There are no error codes being generated, that I can find, in the back office of WP or on page.

When I visit my site and view source code on pages, I see the Super Cache messeges regarding dynamic page created once…, cached page created on…, and GZIP compression, etc.

It all “appears” to be working fine. However, when I first enter my url or click a link to visit my site, generally it takes 5 seconds or longer to load the first time (on a highspeed connection) and then for each new link I visit on the site, 2 to 5 seconds. From that point on, during that visit, the pages all seem to cache and load much faster.

However, I am very concerned about site visitors and bounce rates (which are high according to my stats, and I am sure due to page load time.)

Also – this is all after having switched to the basic default template while I troubleshoot this, so I know it can’t be due to the template.
    My site is: conquer-premature-ejaculation**DOT**COM

    Any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks,
    Doug
