WP Super Cache Settings linked twice in admin (multisite)

    On a multisite install, the WP Super Cache Settings link appears twice, both under Tools (as /wp-admin/tools.php?page=wpsupercache) and Settings (as /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=wpsupercache).

    When the Settings link is clicked, the Tools menu is also open. When the Tools link is clicked, Settings stays closed. See Screen capture.
