WP Super Cache with Amazon CDN Causing Server Error

    I have a strange problem. I have recently added a CDN to my WP Super Cache plugin. Everything seems to be working fine… that is until I tried to access the admin screen. After Logging in, I can see the admin screen, but once I click on a link in the navigation on the left, I get a database error.

    I am using the instant pull method with the CDN.

    At the moment I can’t change the settings of an plugins, posts… so I am stuck with the current state of my site. I’d really like to continue to the CDN with Super Cache. Can anyone help me out?!? I’m in the deep end and can’t swim 🙁
