WP Supercache Not Working after Async Javascript Upgrade

Yesterday, I received a notice that Async Javascript Pro needed an upgrade. I did that, and immediately had problems with my site, and was unable to access my WP admin area. I disabled ASJP via FTP, and was able to get back to my admin area. Later, when I tried to make adjustments in WP Supercache settings, I was getting a blank white page. All of the other plugins are working fine, and ASJP is currently disabled.

So to clarify, I can activate the WP Supercache plugin, but I cannot access the settings page.
