    Hi,

    I literally just renewed my subscription with WP Support Plus on the 2nd of April after receiving an email saying that my subscription was up for renewal. There was no mention that you were switching to SupportCandy. The email piping stopped working and I can’t log into support to submit a ticket because the website https://www.wpsupportplus.com/ is no longer working! Please advise, urgently.

    I’m sorry, but the author cannot support you here even if their site has problems. They are not permitted to.

    @supportcandy @pradeepmakone07 Please do not repeat that again. I have archived your replies.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
