wp-table-reloaded

I was using this code at http://www.realpokerx.com so the user could search for thier name in the database.

Enter your user first name or number and see what your current point
standings are.
[table id=1 hide_columns="1,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25"]

And now it does not work. Is there a way to set it up so that the user can search for their name?
