I update an existing spreadsheet with new information every month and have been doing so for the last year or so with no problem. For some reason, when I updated the spreadsheet this month it cleared out all of my settings, particularly the one that creates the column headers from the first row in the spreadsheet. No matter what I do, it will not save my preferences– therefore, I have no headers on my table. Is there a line of code I could insert into the custom area to create headers from the first row of my table to override my glitching spreadsheet? I know a fair amount of code, but I’m no expert by any means. Thanks!

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

This most likely happens because your table is now bigger than before and reaches certain limits, due to which some servers have trouble saving the table.
This problem is one of the reasons why WP-Table Reloaded is outdated, and why it has been replaced with TablePress. See http://tobias.baethge.com/2013/01/tablepress-replaces-wp-table-reloaded/ .
You should therefore migrate to TablePress, where you should no longer experience this problem.

    Regards,
    Tobias
