Hi @berylune
How to repeat this issue?
Pls describe what happens with and without plugin.
What is “WordPress Searchengine”? Is it some plugin or something internal?
Which WP version do you have and which theme?
Can you try to switch theme and check if issue repeats?
Hi,
i meen with “WP Searchengine” the internal search over search.php in theme folder.
I try other Theme an have same results.
When i search with active plugin it comes nothing result or one, when i disable work search fine.
What is “WP Searchengine”? Does it another non-standard plugin?
Which URL it has?
@berylune, ok, so how does this issue repeats on just wordpress without any other plugins and with standard theme?
If yes — how to repeat? By steps.
yes, i disable all other plugins and have same issues. Same result with standard theme.
Pls confirm that with other plugins disabled and standard theme issue repeats.
Also which steps do I need to repeat it?
I try it on other wordpress same issuses.
– I have a clean or older installed wp with current version
– go to frontpage and will search content, he give me results
– than i go to Plugins -> Install an search wp testing and install/activate it
– go to frontpage an search same word and he gives “nothing found”
@berylune, strange, but on some of my sites not repeats (but there is not-fresh WP there).
Ok, I will research it.
Which WP version do you use?
WP version 4.5.2
PHP Version 5.3.29
memory_limit 256M
MySQL 5.5.49
Hi @berylune
Confirmed.
Only search in pages affected. Both tests and posts stays searchable.
I think it will be easy hotfix.
