• Hi

Is there an actual issue with the WP Touch plugin that doesn’t display sub-categories once you have clicked on a Category in Shop Page ?

I have a website when using your plugin WP Touch (not Pro) and when you click on a Category, you should then show you the sub-Categories for that Category, but all it displays are products and ONLY maximum of 12 products (even though it should be showing hundreds of products).

So there is something wrong with your plugin NOT showing correctly. Is there normally an issue here ?

Usually I have been avoiding linking to the Shop page, because of this issue. But I really need to be able to fix the issue.

I have disabled the plugin, and checked with the Storefront theme that I am using and it displays correctly with sub-categories when you WP Touch plugin is disabled so it is definately to do with the plugin.

Please advise urgently if you can on how to fix this issue ?

    Thanks in advance

    Regards
    Kristin

Same thing happens on the MOBILE menu when client clicks on “FENCING” and it should direct to the Sub-categories, but it ONLY shows the sub-categories.

The PC version is displaying correctly, and so should the mobile menu also.

They seem to be one in the same issue across the board with the plugin for showing sub-categories.

    Thanks
