wp-ttc-security plugin errors from duplicate ips

    WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘222.131.185.128’ for key 1 for query INSERT INTO wp_ttc_ip_blacklist ( ip ) VALUES ( ‘222.131.185.128’ ) made by require, require_once, require_once, require_once, do_action, call_user_func_array, ttc_security, ttc_add_to_security_blacklist, W3_Db->query

    I am getting duplicate ips with the code user agent field is blank
    I am using version 2.5 of the plugin
    I have asked this before but I didn’t receive an answer
    It causing a lot of errors on my sites and I need to know how to correct it
    Can someone please tell me how to correct this error. I don’t know who else to ask
