WP twitter widget

    Hi, I installed the WP Twitter onto my Group Buying Site. http://www.dubuy.co.za
    I went to the WP Twitter: Widgets Setting. changed the widget title to twitter. changed the search options title to twitter (not sure if this should be my website name??). I saved these options.

    I then went to Appearance – Widgets and moved the widgets (title and search) to the Blog Page Side Bar
    when i go to the blog page it is not showing as a twitter feed. it just shows the name – in this case TWITTER.
    In the installation it says the following
    Widgets
    Go to Appearance -> Widgets -> WP Twitter
    Shortcodes
    To add Twitter Profile widget on page/post: [–wp_twitter–]
    To add Twitter Search Widget on page/post: [–wp_twitter_search–]
    I am not sure where to add these short cuts

    I am not sure if i am supposed to use the shortcodes on the basic settings section
