Wp-ulike keeps deactivating

    I am having issues with the wp-ulike plugin it is a package with the theme I am using. But it keeps deactivating, and I get this notice, “wp-ulike has been deactivated, plugins that insert or update the database on page load can cause severe performance issues for your nd site aare not supported”.
    Please assist ASAP.
