WP ULike plugin dramatically slows down page loading

    According to the Code Profiler plugin, which measures plugin execution time, WP ULike 4.8.2 takes over 1 second to run. This is an excessively high value, suggesting a major bug in the plugin. Typically, a standard WordPress page with a few plugins loads in under 0.2 seconds. Version 4.7.8 does not have this issue, with execution times significantly below 0.1 seconds.

    Hey @michael8888

    We’ve identified the issue as coming from a third-party framework used for Customizer options. While it existed before, recent WordPress changes seem to have increased its performance impact.

    We’ll release a fix soon to reduce the overhead, and we’re also planning to replace this framework with a lightweight custom solution to fully resolve the performance issue.
