    This is my warning:
    WP_CACHE constant added to wp-config.php
    If you continue to see this warning message please see point 5 of the Troubleshooting Guide. The WP_CACHE line must be moved up.

    Looked at your link page in “Troubleshooting” – 5 down in FAQ does not apply.

    First of all, edit your message and remove the wp-config.php and change the password for your database, and change the key and salts too because you’ve given out a load of information that shouldn’t be made public.

    Did that message repeat when you reloaded the page?

    any idea as to why I am still getting this message at the top of the page:
