The WP_CACHE setting is being toggled in wp-config.php every time the Update Settings button is clicked. It doesn’t matter whether I’ve made any changes to the plugin settings or not, the value for WP_CACHE is changed every time. Is WP_CACHE supposed to be enabled or disabled? Please fix this bug.

Another less important but still annoying bug: A newline is added to the end of wp-config.php every time the Update Settings button is clicked. Again, it does not matter if any changes have been made to the plugin settings.

EDIT: I am using v4.3.4.3 on WordPress v5.4.2

Another related bug. Deactivating and deleting the plugin does not remove the WP_CACHE line from wp-config.php.
