This is yet another report of the same issue that has been reported multiple times now for the last 3 updates. Considering other alternatives now, since this bug does not seem to deserve the attention it requires to resolve, even though a work around has been provided to clear the error. Whether a complete solution or not, this issue persists and we would rather not keep an out of date plugin running or put into place a bandaid in the meantime.
On another note, it’s insane that we still need a plugin to accomplish SVG files in a modern web site CMS.
I see this is a common issue that the authors have not yet addressed
@benbodhi have you seen any of these issues logged? All related to upgrading to PHP 8 and also I think only when using WP-CLI?
Anyway there’s a heap of people with this issue – hopefully it gets sorted soon before we all start jumping ship

We’re experiencing the same WP CLI errors in php7.4
Latest update (2.5.5) seems to fix all errors & warnings with PHP 8.1.13. Big thanks to the maintainer! 🙂
