wp_die_message added in css affecting theme

Somehow my site now includes the css ‘wp_die_message’ which affects the body of my site and its padding. I found this by using Chrome inspector and I have no idea where this css is coming from (I dont see any error message nor have I seen it before) the log file didnt have any error message in it either.
