WP_importer uses a deprecated PHP class constructor

    when WP_DEBUG is set to true, I get this annoying message that breaks the layout of the backend:

    <b>Deprecated:</b> Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors
    in a future version of PHP; WP_Import has a deprecated constructor in
    plugins\wordpress-importer\wordpress-importer.php on line 38
