If you uninstall the plugin through the wordpress admin it removes all settings related to the plugin. Unless you are running an older version. You can just delete the db table if it still exists.

Ok thanks, so my last doubt is:
Is this table: “wp_PO_plugins” only for your Plugin, and can I just remove it without any issues?

    thanks

I am running an up to date WP.

I meant an older version of plugin organizer. Yes the wp_PO_plugins table was created and is only used by plugin organizer.
