• can anyone explain me something about: **wp_posts** table

my original wp_posts table growed since 2008 & collect a lot of data

    Data 27.3 MiB
    Index 114 MiB
    Total 141.3 MiB

    on 18,819 data entries

NOW i made an *internal* copy (copy with prefix task) on my phpadmin & got on my copyed table the folllowing sizes

    Data 27.2 MiB
    Index 28.1 MiB
    Total 55.2 MiB

    on 18,819 data entries

    how it comes?
i can use this new *slim* copy for my site?
or they will missing any important stuff?
its possible that on my old wp_post table was tons of *orphan* useless stuff stored over the years? wich dont would be copyed if i choose to do from phpmyadmin area? all post revisions was already deleted on the original post table… so it cant be revisions… hope anyone can give me a lill hint about.. im still courios…. thx in advance
