WP_Query and Filter Everything

    I created with ACF (Advanced Custom Field) a custom post type which represents classified ads. I display these classified ads in an archive page and use Filter Everything to filter these classified ads. When I use Filter Everything with the wordpress loop the filter works. But when I use a custom query with WP_Query the filter no longer works.
    Can you tell me how to use Filter Everything with the WP_Query?
    PS: I use the free version of Filter Everything.
