wp_remote_get: cURL error

    I am working on the site locally and every now and then I keep getting

    wp_remote_get: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 30002 milliseconds with 0 bytes received. Check Site HealthSite Health Status

    I disabled all the plugins and used the default WordPress theme but I still get the error.

    I was able to fix by making my local site SSL certified. Now I am not receiving the error, thanks!
