    wp_spectra_blocks_migration_cron_interval to every 5 minutes.

    It’s really necessary to migrate your blocks every five minutes?

    you would think you only need to migrate once and then it would be done

    Even critical WordPress stuff does not run every five minutes. You could consider how you affect site running by this irresponsible setting
