WP_User_Query::query error

6.1.1 has introduced a new error message about user queries used before plugins are loaded – if you have DEBUG enabled you will see it. If you have wp-fastest-cache active wordpress generates this error for every page. If you deactivate it, then it doesn’t. I assume therefore the issue is in the cache plugin. Is there a fix for this in the works?
