wpbdp admin payments error

    I’m having a problem with my directory with new subscribers. When they complete the application and payment via PayPal, I’m getting the payment but not the application. I have tested it myself and the application did not appear. No error message appeared.

    From the Directory Admin, when I click on Payment History, I get this message:

    This site can’t be reached
    The webpage at https://www.youdefinewellness.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpbdp_admin_payments might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

    Any suggestions?

    Sorry that you ran into issues here!

    Can you tell me a bit more?
    – What version of WP are you running here?
    – What exact version of BD? (number, please)
    – Have you tried a conflict test yet? Theme and plugin conflicts are very common in WordPress, and a conflict test is used to help determine the cause of the issue.     Before doing a conflict test, it is a best practice to take a backup of your site before beginning or to do the test on a staging site, in case any settings are changed during the process.

    WP ver 5.3.2
    BD ver 5.5.13.1

    I have not run a conflict test and I appreciate the how to link. I’ll try that.
