I am getting this message (wpdb::escape is deprecated since version 3.6!) in debug mode, just wondering if you were aware of it, and when a fix will be available.

I know. This has already been fixed for Relevanssi Premium, and I’m probably releasing the next version of free Relevanssi containing this fix and a lot more soon, next week or so.

Thank you for the update, however I have noticed that there is still one instance on line 286 of lib/common.php that needs to be updated.
