• I currently have a wpengine account. On this account I have multiple installs of wordpress. I had installed and used relevanassi one of the websites. Now I would like to install relevanassi on one of the other sites hosted on the same account. I no longer need the first website.

I deactivated and deleted relevanassi from site #1.

Relevanassi is giving me problems with the second website. the installation works fine, but when I go to build the index, I am redirected to a page that is blank. The URL comes to “wp-admin/options-general.php?page=relevanssi/relevanssi.php”. It is a wordpress dashboard page with only “Relevanassi Search Options” as the title, and the rest of the page is blank.

Is this a result of it not being completely removed from the first install? Is there a way to completely remove Relevanassi, and destroy the index on site #1?

    Thank you,

Is this a multisite installation or just many different WordPress installations on one account? If the latter, the separate WP installations have nothing to do with each other, and won’t interfere with each other.

Blank page like that sounds like a botched installation. I would recommend deleting the files and trying to install the plugin again from scratch.

Its not a multisite install, just several wordpress installations under a single hosting account. I’ve tried to remove the plugin completely and re-install, and have the same issue

Can you access error logs? Is there a hint? Since it’s separate WordPress installations, as long as the databases are separate, there can be no interference from the other installation.
