    Hi!

    I am having problems with reCAPTCHA where i have set up a new hCaptcha but the reCaptcha is still showing in my forms? I dont understand why this is?

    I have placed this line of code in the “Extra CSS” in WordPress:

    .g-recaptcha{
    display:none;
    }

    but that removes my hCaptcha also. Is there a way to remove just the reCAPTCHA?

    I have also ticked off under WPForms > settings > Captcha

    option to forcefully remove other CAPTCHA occurrences in order to prevent conflicts. Only enable this option if your site is having compatibility issues or instructed by support.

    But that does not help.

    Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the reCAPTCHA but leave the hCaptcha only?

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hey @apokolix – Thanks for contacting us!

    Currently, under WPForms > Settings > CAPTCHA, users can only select one captcha between hCaptcha or reCAPTCHA at a time. It’s quite weird to see that you’re still reCAPTCHA. When you have some time, can you please double-check if you’ve added the correct hCaptcha keys under WPForms > Settings > CAPTCHA > hCaptcha by following our doc here?

    Hi, I got reCaptcha working on its own, But i ended up getting another problem.

    I chose reCaptcha V2 and have it up as a checkbox under the form. But the when you check the box it gives you an error that says “this field is required” even tho I press it?

    Any suggestions how to solve this error?

    Hey @apokolix – Thanks for following on this ticket!

    I looked at the website, and I noticed that there are multiple reCAPTCHA JS files getting loaded by Leadpages, Advanced Google reCAPTCHA plugin which is conflicting with the WPForms reCAPTCHA. You can either enable the No Conflict Mode under WPForms > Settings > CAPTCHA, and see if that fixes the issue. Or, you can check with the plugin developers to see if they can provide snippets to exclude the script from getting loaded on pages were WPForms reCAPTCHA is active.

    Kindly,

    Hey @apokolix – I hope the information provided above helped you fix the issue. For now, I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
