    Using the WPForms 1.8.7.2 plugin
    WordPress 6.5
    Apache 8.2

    Specifically on this page

    When entering a Phone Number (Fancy Field) field the form simply stops working receiving the error message:

    This page isn’t loading JavaScript properly, and the form will not be Able to Submit. Please check out our Troubleshooting guide for Details on resolving this Issue

    Sometimes the message doesn’t even appear.

    I tried to disable the cache, including disabling the cache mu-plugin, but nothing solved. The only solution was to remove the form field.
