WPForms checkbox with multiple options

    Trying to use checkboxes with options to direct an email to multiple lists in the newsletter plugin. It didn’t work with MailPoet with single checkboxes but it works with newsletter.

    But when I try to do multiple checkboxes, nothing triggers. In my opinion, it looks like the value only accepts one value from whatever Field you select for your particular form. I tried using a comma, nothing. Pressing enter does nothing. Changing the field to a custom value token does nothing.

    Also, with WP, it shows only 1 trigger per recipe.

    So I guess what I’m asking for, can I add multiple values, for this circumstance, the value names of the checkboxes for multiple selections?

    Hi, thanks for reaching out.

    I wonder if we could start by seeing a screenshot of the recipe with all details expanded (including showing tokens). That would help us assess what you’re using now and what’s supported. I’m also not clear on the action you’re using, as we can’t initiate campaigns in Mailpoet.

    In some cases, some fields might send us an array, and then if we need to run actions based on that we might use conditions to see if a record contains a certain value rather than having the entire record match. Is there any chance you’re using Pro too?

    Maybe you can tell us more about how you’re using the checkbox values too.

    I’m going to try with a clean wordpress install with the newsletter plugin with uncanny automator and WP forms and get back to you.
