Hi @vfuse,
Thanks for reaching out! I understand you’re having trouble with your Constant Contact integration, and I’m happy to help troubleshoot this.
It’s great that you’ve already connected your Constant Contact account to WPForms and mapped the fields in your form settings. Let’s take a look at a few things that might be causing the issue:
- Update WPForms Lite: First, please ensure you’re using the latest version of WPForms Lite (1.9.4.2). Outdated plugin versions can sometimes cause conflicts. WPBeginner has a great tutorial on updating plugins if you need a refresher.
- Check Scheduled Actions: WPForms uses a system called Action Scheduler to send data to Constant Contact. After submitting your form, check WPForms » Tools » Scheduled Actions in your WordPress dashboard. Look for the
wpforms_constant_contact_v3_process hook. It should have a “Completed” status (screenshot). If it doesn’t, there might be a problem with Action Scheduler. Our documentation here may help you troubleshoot this. If you’re still having trouble, your hosting provider might be able to assist further.
- General WordPress Troubleshooting: If the issue persists after the steps above, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
I hope these steps help you pinpoint the cause of the problem.
If you have further questions, please let me know. I’m here to help!
Hi @vfuse,
