When I try to go to the link provided it goes to the wordpress.com site, and my account on ww.wp.xz.cn does not work. Can’t get to the page you sent. I replied to the email since I couldn’t get in. The only way I can see to get into a wordpress.com site is to pay for a license, which I’d rather renew instead of creating a new one. The web site developer apparently does not want to renew their license and it may be under one of their email addresses.
I can’t get through the paywall to get to any meaningful support. So what you are telling me is that unless I reactivate an account that our web developer is not going to renew, on their email address, I cannot get support for our companies site?
