The form is published, my WordPress is properly assigned, and I am using the dedicated WPForms block.

None of my published forms are available for selection. When applying the shortcode, the shortcode appears as text within the popup and doesnt display the form.

Success action errors appear with no solution given.

    Thanks!
Can you confirm the OptinMonster plugin is installed, connected, and the primary method you’re using for embedding the campaign on the site (e.g. no manual placement of the embed code)?

Currently, I’m seeing the presence of multiple instances of our global embed code on the site, but they all appear to be manually added to the site. This will interfere with and prevent shortcode functionality as well as WPForms integration from working as expected.

To use our WPForms integration, it’s necessary to rely on the OptinMonster WordPress plugin when embedding the campaigns. The plugin does the work to output the form or to render any shortcodes placed.

You can follow our guide here for setting up the plugin: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-to-install-the-optinmonster-wordpress-plugin/

    Hi there,

It was working as expected after removing the header code on our staging environment, however, after being pushed to our live environment, equiton.com (only viewable on CAN VPN), the incorrect success actions prompt returned, when I tried to exclude more URLs.

Let me know if you see the issue on your end

    Hi @jacobilton

When pushing to the live site can you:

    1. Double check the campaign publish status through the OptinMonster WordPress plugin — if the WPForms integration is not displaying as expected you’ll want to make a small change like pausing then publishing the campaign via the plugin again. That will allow the plugin to resync and render the form fresh instead of pulling from cache.
    2. Purge your site caching manually. I see you’re using WPRocket, and possibly some of the settings there could impact the campaign functionality. We recommend excluding OptinMonster scripts from any JS minification / defer / delay settings you may have enabled in WPRocket.

Regarding “the incorrect success actions prompt returned, when I tried to exclude more URLs” — can you please clarify this statement? Any supporting screenshots would be helpful.
