I am creating a form using WPForms lite. How do add a field containing a heading and some term & conditions text?

    Hi @stokers ,

    Thanks for reaching out 🙂

You can achieve this in WPForms Lite by using the Checkboxes field for the agreement text.

To do this, drag the Checkboxes field into your form and customize it like this:

    • Set the field label to something like “Terms of Service.”
    • Remove any extra checkbox choices
    • Add checkbox text such as: “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service Agreement listed below.”
    • Then, in the Description area, you can add your Terms & Conditions text using regular text or HTML if needed.

Make sure to enable the Required option so users must agree before submitting the form.

You can also enable the Disclaimer / Terms of Service Display option under Advanced Options to show the terms inside a scrollable box.

You can follow this guide here for full details: https://wpforms.com/how-to-add-a-terms-of-service-agreement-to-your-wordpress-forms/

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @stokers ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a few days, so I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist further, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
