We currently have a problem with the numbers in the math captcha of WPForms being missing.

There are no console errors — we were able to debug and find out that scripts such as the inline script and “assets/pro/js/frontend/fields/custom-captcha.min.js” are not loading.

When we switch the captcha to question/answer, everything works—it’s actually only the math captcha.

We have already contacted WPForms support. They were able to debug the issue and determined that it only occurs when the “User Registration & Membership” plugin is activated.

They recommended that we contact you.

Could you please take a look at the issue and resolve it if possible?

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We have identified an issue with the reCAPTCHA feature in the User Registration & Membership plugin. As a temporary solution, please add the following code snippet to your site and check if it resolves the issue:

add_filter('urm_apply_no_conflict', function($conflict_status){ return false; });
