I migrated a few websites off an old server to a new one. All seems fine other than WP Forms is no longer sending emails notifications on domains that use an external email service.

Forms that use the servers internal email service send emails no problems at all. The settings for both servers are the same, the only difference is later PHP and Ubuntu.

The web page says the contact has been sent, but nothing ever arrives in the email box. There is no bounce back message and it doesn’t go in to the junk.

The external email is run on Microsoft 365 servers, so i can go in and see if it is being rejected.

I really don’t know what else to try.

Any help would be great. Thanks

  • Hey @andyjlund – Thanks for contacting us!

Since there’s a change in the server and emails aren’t getting delivered, It’s a bit difficult since it involves a change in server. I would suggest you install and setup the WP Mail SMTP plugin and take a look at our Office 365 mailer documentation to fix the issue.

    Kindly,
