    Hello Team.

Great work on the plugin, currently testing it out on my site.

However, Im surprised you have no integration with WPForms since it is extremely popular and I had seen their logo on your site. Are you considering adding this in the near future as it will be a factor in deciding whether to use the plugin?

I was also trying a workaround to using WPForms, whereby I used Elementor (the page builder) to embed a form using your Jackmail standard widget however I kept getting the following error message: Error: email could not be saved.
The widget itself works fine in my sidebar so was wondering of this is an Elementor/Jackmail conflict?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

    hi !

    Thanks for reaching us.

We have to re-integrate WPForms since it’s not working anymore. Hope to do it soon because we have a lot of things to fix/develop before.

For the Elementor issue, did you use a widget area?

    Hi,

That’s completely understandable. Its good to know that you will work on reintegrating them so I will be waiting patiently.

For the Elementor issue, did you use a widget area?

I simply dragged the Jackmail widget in Elementor to the desired place in a custom build footer which I inserted in my theme’s Footer widget area. It displays correctly however as I mentioned I get the error code as above.

Its strange as Elementor just pulls the WordPress widgets and inserts them, plus your widget already works in my sidebar no probs.

    Regards.

Well, I really don’t know why you have this problem. Our widget is meant to be working on a traditionnal sidebar or footer. Maybe the way Elementor is trying to display it in a content is not the “normal way.

It might be a good idea to ask about it to Elementor too.

Yeah, it did not make sense to me either.

    Ok, will do.

    I’ll check it out!

Anyway, I look forward to the reintegration with WPForms as that will solve the problem. Also hopefully you will add the ability to insert the forms using shortcodes too as that’s another solution.

    Thanks again for your help.

Just to let you know we found this widget shortcode plugin which is working perfectly fine with Jackmail : https://docs.jackmail.com/article/how-to-add-the-jackmail-form-widget/
