Good question! Please know that we provide a free entry backup feature through the Lite Connect option (https://wpforms.com/docs/how-to-use-lite-connect-for-wpforms/). Enabling this in the Lite version will allow you to restore the entries that are submitted through your forms after this feature has been enabled when you upgrade to the paid version of WPForms.
However, if the Lite Connect option was disabled prior to the upgrade, we currently do not have another way to restore the form entries because entries are not stored in WPForms Lite.
