For wpForo, the best option is the built-in wpForo SEO system. If’ it is already turned on it’ll work fine. So there is no need to install additional SEO plugins.

Thanks to the link you entered, I understood what the sitemap link was. Why don’t you insert the sitemap link in some administration page? or is it already there? Why not create a menu to customize some SEO aspects ???
