I tried to Update the database in Status>Tools, And deactivated all plugins and used the default theme, But the problem has persisted.

Hello @rami4625,

Could you go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, and click Verify base database tables?

If that didn’t take care of it, please share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if there are any).

I did that and i got this message :
Verifying database… One or more tables are still missing: wpg0_woocommerce_sessions

And for the logs there is this message :

I noticed that the (wpg0_woocommerce_sessions) table has (Engine) value as you can see here : https://ibb.co/q0cGhfw
But in other websites i manage the value appear as (Engine InnoDB) So that may be related to the issue?

Thanks for trying Saif’s suggestion.

Can you please try to deactivate and re-activate the WooCommerce plugin and see if this resolves the issue? When WooCommerce is deactivated and activated again, it runs a check for WooCommerces database tables, and with that, it should create any missing tables.

It’s a dedicated server managed by us, other websites don’t have any issues with woocommerce, The problem appears only in 1 website.

The support team helped me to fix the problem by the following instructions (Make a backup for your website before doing anything) :

1- access to the database then search about (wpg0_woocommerce_sessions) table then click on (Structure) button to access to that table.
2- Click on (Operations): https://d.pr/i/GiP4nc
3- Delete the table: https://d.pr/i/O8IU1v
4- Ok: https://d.pr/i/zuncM5
5- Deactivate WooCommerce Plugin.
6- Reactivate it.
