WPGlobus language switcher

Hi,

I have a bilingual site and I used WPGlobus to translate it. How can I set the language switcher to not show the current language, just the other language flag?

2. It is possible to change the logo as well? (My logo contains text and it would be nice if I can change it as well)

Or if it is not possible with WPGlobus which plugin can I use?
