Thank you for reporting the issue, as similar case was already reported by other users we decided to quickly release new feature for these cases.
I would say that WP JobManager plugin is “dynamic”, that means we can’t add static rule in free version of the plugin. Instead we added “smart” validation in premium version that solves the issue.
This feature will also work for different kinds of “dynamic” plugins.
