WPL Mobile

I’m in process of building my 1st wordpress site, and I’ll be using this plug-in. How does this work with responsiveness or mobile sites? Is it really just dependent on the theme I’m using?

If anyone has any feedback or a sample site using this plugin that I can view on my phone, I’d greatly appreciate.
