Have you read this other thread? As long has wpMandrill overloads wp_mail()correctly then it should work.

Then wpMandrill doesn’t overloads wp_mail() correctly, beacuse it don’t work with Email Users. wpMandrill works great on my site but seems not to work with your plugin. Is this something I can ask the author of wpMandrill to look at? I don’t now what to do here…

Thx for a great plugin Mike… keep it up

Yes, you can and should check with Mandrill to what they are doing. If they simply overload wp_mail() then in theory should work.

Mike, do you have any updates on this?

Nope. I have no access to Mandrill to even look at it. Email Users assumes that wp_mail() properly sends email. If another plugin changes the bahavior of wp_mail(), which is a pluggable function, there isn’t much I can do about it. Wish I could be of more help but I am not sure what I can do here.

Based on an email I received, I think I have a solution for wpMandrill users. Details are in the write up for Email Users v4.7.1-beta-2.

    Resolved in 4.7.1.
